Due to the spiritual, personalized, and certified nature of our products, returns and refunds are governed by the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, invoice, certificate of authenticity, and all accessories must be intact.
• The product has not been energized, worn, used for pooja, meditation, or rituals.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Energized Rudraksha beads, malas, gemstones, or spiritual items

• Certified Rudraksha or gemstones once delivered

• Customized or personalized products

• Items used for pooja, chanting, meditation, or spiritual rituals

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or tampering

• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

• Any item returned without the Certificate of Authenticity

Due to spiritual sanctity and certification, energized and certified items cannot be resold and hence are non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of:

  • The damaged product

  • Outer packaging

  • Shipping label

4. Refund Process

• • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • If the original method is unavailable, store credit or bank transfer may be used

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Refunds may be delayed or rejected if return conditions are not met

5. Exchange Policy

• • Exchanges are allowed only for equal or higher value products

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Price difference and shipping costs must be borne by the customer
